Established by the Council on Brain Injury (CoBI), the ReDiscoverU Program helps individuals learn new skills or rediscover past interests through engaging educational opportunities designed to enhance health, well-being, and personal growth. These virtual classes, offered year-round on
Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), are
free of charge and led by qualified staff and community members.

Join Brandon Loch for an engaging discussion focused on leisure education, resource management, and the practical application of recreation and leisure activities. Participants will work together to explore what they enjoy, how to make participation possible, and why engaging in meaningful activities is essential for life satisfaction and overall quality of life. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to discuss favorite activities, past or present, who they participate with, any barriers to participation, and how these activities impact their well-being.
