Established by the Council on Brain Injury (CoBI), the ReDiscoverU Program assists individuals in learning new skills or rediscovering past interests through educational opportunities that enhance the health, well-being, and knowledge of those who participate in the classes. These virtual classes are offered year-round on Monday nights and are taught by qualified staff or community members.

Classes are FREE and occur on Monday nights from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM (Eastern Time).

Alyson will guide participants in reducing stress and cultivating a positive mindset through a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from her own transformative experiences, she integrates mindfulness and well-being practices to empower you to actively engage in your happiness journey. Alyson is also certified in Mindfulness Meditation by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
