The BIAPA Annual Conference is designed for Professionals, Survivors, Family Members, Caregivers & Volunteers.
This year’s annual conference theme is “Celebrating an Empowered Brain Injury Community.” It is designed for professionals, survivors, family members, caregivers and volunteers. In January, the full speaker line-up will be shared.
We thank you for your support as BIAPA strives to foster a community of education, advocacy, services, supports and research to maximize the quality of life for those with brain injuries and their families.
The conference will be held at the Lancaster Marriott and Convention Center located at Penn Square in the heart of Lancaster City.
Reservations can be made by calling 717-239-1600 or registering online. The special conference rate of $171 per night can be obtained by requesting the Brain Injury Association’s room rate by 5 pm on Friday, June 6, 2025.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is available at the Penn Square garage adjacent to the Lancaster Marriott.
Our mission is to prevent brain injuries and to foster an inclusive community of education, advocacy, support, and research to maximize the quality of life for those with brain injuries and their families.

One social highlight of BIAPA's Annual Conference is the Silent Auction, which offers a wider array of items sold to the highest bidder. Proceeds benefit the David L. Strauss Memorial Scholarship Fund, which will support survivor and caregiver scholarships for the 2026 BIAPA Conference. If you are unable to attend the conference because of financial hardship, scholarship funds may be available on a limited basis. Priority is given to first-time applicants. Scholarship funds are made possible by the David L. Strauss Memorial Scholarship Fund and generous contributions from donors.
If you are interested in attending and need a scholarship to help with the costs,
please download and complete the application and return the completed application by April 25, 2025.
All applicants will receive a scholarship determination letter by email by May 15, 2025.

The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania is requesting nominations for the 2025 Awards. Nominations will be
accepted until April 30, 2025. Awards will be presented during the 2025 Annual Conference, which will take place at the Lancaster Marriott in Lancaster, PA, on June 30 and July 1, 2025.
The David L. Strauss Memorial Scholarship Fund aims to enable brain injury survivors and their caregivers/care partners to attend the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania’s Annual Conference.
