Annual Award Nomination
Each year the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania requests nominations for the Annual Awards. The Awards are presented during the conference.
Categories for awards are:
- Pioneer in Brain Injury
- John Sears Inspiration Award
- Barb Dively Advocacy Award
- Dennis Minori Family Tribute Award
- Service to the Association
- Public Policy Award
- Direct Service Award
- Service to the Brain Injury Community Organization Award
- Leadership Award
Nominations must be submitted with all requested information completed. Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, April 19, 2019.
