This year’s annual conference theme is “Creating Roadmaps for Brain Injury Rehabilitation: The Journey from Initial Treatment to Community Inclusion.” It is designed for professionals, survivors, family members, caregivers and volunteers. The conference will be held at the Lancaster Marriott and Convention Center located at Penn Square in the heart of Lancaster City.
Reservations can be made by calling 717-239-1600 or registering online. The special conference rate of $165 per night can be obtained by requesting the Brain Injury Association’s room rate by 5 pm on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is available at the Penn Square garage adjacent to the Lancaster Marriott at a reduced rate of $10 for one vehicle per room per night.
The BIAPA Annual Conference is designed for Professionals, Survivors, Family Members, Caregivers & Volunteers.
This year, BIAPA is proud to offer one day of sessions for caregivers of children with brain injury and for pediatric professionals, in addition to its regular conference content.
Please note that sessions are designed for adults.

If you are unable to attend the conference because of financial hardship, scholarship funds may be available on a limited basis. Priority is given to first-time applicants. Scholarship funds are made possible by the David L. Strauss Memorial Scholarship Fund and generous contributions from donors.
If you are interested in attending and need a scholarship to help with the costs,
please complete the application and return the completed application by May 1.
All applicants will receive a scholarship determination letter by email by May 22.

A $325 contribution will support a single scholarship. Any donation—whatever the amount—is applied and tax-deductible, to the fullest extent of the law.

The Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania is requesting nominations for the 2024 Awards. Nominations will be accepted until APRIL 30, 2024. Awards will be presented during the 2024 Annual Conference, to be held at Lancaster Marriott in Lancaster, PA, June 24-25, 2024.
Donate an auction item for the BIAPA Dinner and Silent Auction. Proceeds from the silent auction will be used to provide scholarships for survivors and their families to attend the Annual Conference.
