Application Assistance

The Brain Injury Association provides Pre-Enrollment Assistance Services to help individuals with Brain Injury and their family members apply for Department of Health’s Head Injury Program.

Pre-Enrollment Assistance Coordinators  are available to assist individuals in their home, community, or hospital settings. For more information about the Pennsylvania Head Injury Program, see the Pennsylvania Department of Health webpage.

To apply for the Pennsylvania Head Injury Program, call an enrollment specialist at 717.772.2763 and you will be connected with a Pre-Enrollment Assistance Coordinator.
